Commission Process

When you request a commission from me, I will ask you for some details as to what you are wanting out of your story:• What is your general story idea or concept?
• Who is narrating your story? (First Person, Third Person, etc.)
• Is this story safe for work or not safe for work?
• What characters and locations would you like to include?
• Are you looking for more dialogue and character interactions, or more non-verbal content such ...as descriptions and physical action?
• What is your desired word count?
• Alternatively, what is your desired overall price?Based on the factors and desires you describe to me, I will discuss your request with you to iron out as many details as we can about the scale of the project. I will then categorize the commission under one of the following categories.

Pricing Categories

Regular Rate: $2.00 per 100 words (rounded down).

“Kiwami” (Extreme) Rate: $3.00 per 100 words (rounded down).
.... • This includes topics or genres that require extra care and detail in order to deliver a more in- ....... depth story.
.... • This covers complicated plots, complex character relationships, or larger-than-average ........casts of characters.
.... •This also includes things I’m not familiar with that I may need additional time to research...
“Grand Order” (Special Discount) Rate: $1.50 per 100 words (rounded down).
.... • This rate is for case-by-case scenarios based on my own discretion.
.... • You might qualify for this rate if you are a repeat client who has commissioned from me ........before, or are commissioning multiple chapters of a continuous story.
.... • If you request a commission based on subjects or characters I really like, I might apply this .......discounted rate.
.... •If your request ends up requiring a higher word count than anticipated/requested, I can offer .......to apply this rate for any excess words (as an alternative to simply cutting down on words)...

Terms of Agreement:

• You must be at least 18 years old to request any commissions from me.• I reserve the right to accept or refuse requests based on my own discretion.• I accept split payments, but at least 50% of the final price must be up front.• I will not deliver more than half of the story until the commission is paid in full.• I will show you periodic works in progress of the commission while I write it, depending on the .... length of the story. These are the times to request adjustments or changes.• If a story is finished and ends up slightly longer than anticipated, I will not increase the price for .... the finished commission.• If a story seems like it may end up significantly longer than anticipated, I will consult you about .... adjusting the price before finishing the commission, and we will discuss options.• I will work out adjustments and changes within reason with you if you are not 100% satisfied .... with the finished commission.• However, I will not completely rewrite a finished commission.• I will not offer refunds• I reserve the right to post any commissions publicly so I can advertise myself and my work, unless you pay a $5 fee to keep the commission private.• If you are requesting my services, then you are agreeing to all of these above listed terms
